Primary services include planning for institutional and recreational facilities, land planning, and site design for commercial, recreational, and multi-family residential developments. In addition, landscape designs and planting plans are developed for all types of buildings and facilities.
Evans & Associates employs registered and graduate landscape architects with a combined total of over 50 years experience. We maintain a small staff with personnel that strives to provide the highest level of service for each client. We work closely with architects and engineers as site conditions and the program dictate during planning, design, and construction of our projects.
Our goal is to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and distinctive outdoor spaces that meet the needs of our clients and the site's users. We bring a holistic and inclusive design process to the table that ensures all opportunities for a site are discovered and developed in an appropriate and responsible fashion. We are sensitive to our clients' budgets and possess an exceptional track record of keeping costs within those constraints.
As Landscape Architects, we are especially concerned with preserving the natural beauty of the existing environment and protecting the health, safety, and welfare of the client and site users. We take pride in creating sustainable solutions that reflect our belief in minimizing our ecological footprint and we strive to incorporate those solutions in all of our work.
