Evans & Associates has had extensive experience over the past 37 years in planning and detail site/landscape design for all types of institutional, commercial and recreational projects. Our work includes planning and site/landscape design for the expansion of numerous university, college and hospital campuses. Services include site analysis, user need assessment, conceptual design studies for pedestrian and vehicular circulation routes, parking areas, outdoor pedestrian courts, plazas, gardens and related landscape plantings. We have been involved in over 50 university, community college and hospital campus projects including work at the University of Louisville, University of Kentucky, Eastern Kentucky University, Transylvania University, and Georgetown College. We have designed site and landscape improvements at the Veterans Administration Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, Central Baptist Hospital and Shriners Hospital, all in Lexington.
